Obviously I likes playing games. But I genuinely also feel duty bound to make sure I play all the latest games. Hence, the Pile Of Shame – games that I’ve either not played or simply not played enough of. They even get their own special shelf and everything:
I reckon if work allow me to take about two year’s worth of paid holiday I’ll get through it no problem.
Right, so here’s a thing. I love Cave games. They’re widely recognised as some of the toughest games in the world. Totally unforgiving. Play. Die. Play. Get a tiny bit further. Die. Repeat.
Yet when it comes to action games, I nearly always play on easy. It’s not that I don’t like the challenge. It’s just that time is precious and I want to experience it all as quickly and painlessly as possible. It’s laziness, I suppose. Perhaps when I’ve clocked the SP I might return on a higher difficulty for the challenge (as I did recently with Killzone 3).

An iPhone 4 friendly Cave wallpaper I put together. Because tragically that’s the sort of thing I now do in my spare time.

Two things strike me about this tsunami footage. It’s easy to sit back and watch with awe and the literally awesome power of nature. And then you see those cars, perhaps with families inside, desperately fleeing for their lives. Impossible to imagine the horror. So saddening.
Think I’m gonna tell the lady in newsagents later that I think she’s ugly and shit at her job (via an anonymous note, obviously).

If somehow you’ve not seen this photo of Tiger Woods (which, of all outlets, was published by The Daily Mail) you should. Wonderful for a myriad of reasons. Not least of which is the tit with the cigar.
There aren’t many things that hand on heart I can say I love more than tea. Twelve, in fact:
Genuinely, that’s it. I like tea.
